Congrats Mr. Najad

All I know about this guy that he’s not corrupted (even never accused with that by his enemies), always cared for the poor (that’s why the spoiled pro-America brats are against him), and he is not a radical Muslim and was against people like al Qaeda from the start at the time when the U.S. used to support them.. CONGRATS MR. NAJAD, from a liberal atheist!.. and no to the Fateh-Hamas scenario again that the western media keep praying for.

    Dear Liberal athiest;

Would you like to live under the rule of Najad? If so, then you would be one heck of a liberal athiest. If not, then why should the Iranian people suffer for the sake of anti US and anti-Israel slogans?

  2. Sufian Says:

Now wither Ghassan would live under Najad or not, I think that is not the question; the question is would Iranians live under the rule of Najad? The matter fact is that the people of Iran have chosen Najad, therefor they defiantly would love to live under his rule and as much as I disagree with fundamentalists like Najad, I have no illusions about the Iranian and Muslim culture, Najad is the real representation of a distressed culture that all together needs to be developed and changed. One day when that change happens people like Najad will not win elections in the Islamic world.

Here is what I wrote on your FB: Why are you saying things like this?!! Is it because he is the only one who condemns Israel? If he’s going to criticize Israel he should do it if his own hands don’t have any blood on it. The election was stolen. There was a lot of corruption behind it and Mousavi’s website was blocked and text messages were blocked too. I’ll have to ask some … Read MoreIranians about him helping the poor because socialists hate him for not helping the poor.

The Iranian government is an extremely brutal government! I know this NOT from Western media, but I know an Iranians who were traumatized in Iran. Have you ever been to an Iranian jail? They are extremely brutal and torture people 5x a day (these are just regular people and not serial killers). There is a lot of agony there. If you own a book of Karl Marx they’ll just kill you and you won’t have a trial.

  4. John Says:

Here’s my other message: People disappear and are killed all the time in Iran! If you were gay or an apostate you’ll be killed. A dog found some dead bodies of young people in some area. The government was very upset when people discovered this area where thousands of young people were killed and their bodies were just dumped like that. The Iranian government right wants … Read Moreto build in that area so people will forget about it. Many people in Iran end up missing all the time. You call Iranians spoiled brats? Iranians didn’t even select Mousavi! Khamenei selects the candidates and has complete control over the country. Mousavi is the Iranian Barack Obama and like him young Iranians have delusions over him as young Americans have over Obama. The Western media doesn’t even paint the details to who Mousavi really is!! He is not different from the current president and has a very shady past that young Iranians don’t even know about.

  5. John Says:

What on earth would make you think that Najad is not corrupted?! He doesn’t care for many people. He’s only a puppet of the disgusting ayatollah. Parts of Iran are very poor and Najad doesn’t really care about them. I know this from Iranians who’ve visited the poor parts). Iran has a big gap between the rich and the poor and Najad isn’t going to solve that.

Define how these young people are pro-American? From what I know they like the U.S. for its freedom of speech although maybe I could be wrong. The young people want a freer country and don’t want to be living under this Islamic regime.

How do you define what a radical Muslim is? He has young people killed all the time in his country. Women are forced to wear the hijab, gays, human rights activists, and apostates are all killed (many of these people don’t even have a trial!!), if a women gets raped she’ll have to marry the rapist, if your gay your killed, etc. This is pretty radical stuff right here.

I do believe that Iran has the right to nuclear power, but just because he is standing up to the western bullies doesn’t make him at all a great person. I have no problem with criticism of Israel. But a person like him shouldn’t be criticizing Israel when he has blood of thousands of Iranians on his hands.

As far as the election goes a lot of it was fraud from what I heard. Do you have any Iranian friends on your contact list? This is not western media propaganda. There is a lot of chaos in Tehran right now and lots of Iranians on facebook are extremely angry and upset. I’ll get back to you later about the election being a fraud because I know an Iranian who can explain it more.

  6. Sufian Says:

I think I do agree with John, if you strip Najad out of his hate for Israel and the Ayatollah’s support, what do you have left? Nothing at all…After all this is what Iranians want, missiles rather than development, let them have what they want…

    Batir,
It’s a democracy; it’s not about what I like or what I don’t like! It’s about some liberal’s double-standards, not the “anti US and anti-Israel slogans”.

    Sufian,
Agreed, but still, either we disagree with some aspects of his ideology, he’s been supporter for the poor, some-how pragmatic, and on a political level, yes, brings some balance that is much needed in the region.

  8. admin Says:

    John,
How do you know for sure the election was stolen! you just heard it from the opposition.. After all, it all comes to this:

    1. Was he elected fare and square, if so, then we should accept the people choice.

    2. Was the election stolen, if so, there are other ways to discuss this issue than breaking cars and all the chaos and mayhem are happening, at least that wouldn’t be the first action I would start with!!

    3. There was many accusation against the pro-American collation in the last Lebanese election raised by the opposition.. we didn’t see any one (individual/ media/ politician) raising this subject, so excuse me if I don’t trust the noble intentions of the people raising such issue in the Iranian elections.

    4. Some religious parties/ groups are closer to being pragmatic than you think, and we shouldn’t exclude them, the things that are happening now, are very similar to what happened after Hamas was elected, and to what happened in Algeria in the early 90’s.. and we all saw where that lead.

    hope it’s all clear now..

  9. Ali Says:

Iran has a complex situation. Ahmadnajadi is a wacho and I don’t fall to his slogans about Palestine and Irsael, since we had our share of those fake slogans in the Arab world the past 61 years. Iran does have a dictatorship democracy, meaning people can chose but have no freedom of expression, women can vote but not rule. Human rights violations, Bahai’s, Homosexulas and other minorities are opressed and harrassed and sometimes killed.
Ahmadinajad won the votes of the poor. The latest riots are a clear sign of reform to come but needs still its time. Change should and will come within Iran. Democracy and reform is something we lack in the Arab world.
